Greg was born in Treherne, MB on Dec. 7, 1957 and lived in Portage la Prairie, Dauphin, McCreary, Swan River and Virden before settling with his family in Shoal Lake in 1968 where he entered the sixth grade. Greg was elected into office as the MLA for Riding Mountain in April 2016 and is enjoying working with the people of the constituency. Greg’s son Ryan and his wife Jill live in Brandon, with Ryan playing a prominent role in the family newspaper business. Greg’s daughter Kayla lives in Red Deer, AB.
